Research Use Only Policy

1. Purpose

This Research Use Only (RUO) Policy governs the sale, purchase, and use of all products offered by Lightning Peptides LLC (“Lightning Peptides,” “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through lightningpeptidesllc.com (the “Website”). This policy is a binding part of the Terms and Conditions of every sale made by the Company.

2. Research Use Only Designation

All peptides, compounds, and related products (“Products”) sold by Lightning Peptides LLC are intended strictly and exclusively for laboratory research, scientific investigation, and in-vitro (test tube or lab dish) research purposes. Our Products:

• Are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, food, or food additives
• Are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body for human or veterinary use
• Are not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, prophylactic, or any other clinical use
• Are not intended for human or animal consumption, injection, application, or use of any kind
• Are sold only to qualified researchers, laboratories, universities, research institutions, and commercial research entities

3. Prohibited Uses

By purchasing any Product from Lightning Peptides LLC, the buyer expressly agrees that the Products will NOT be:

• Administered to, ingested by, injected into, or otherwise introduced into or applied to a human or animal body
• Used for self-experimentation of any kind
• Repackaged, resold, or represented as a drug, supplement, or consumable product
• Combined with any product intended for human or animal consumption or use
• Used in clinical trials, diagnostic testing, or any FDA-regulated application without separate, applicable regulatory authorization
• Misrepresented, mislabeled, or diverted for any use inconsistent with this Policy

4. Buyer Eligibility and Representations

By placing an order, the buyer represents, warrants, and certifies that:

1. The buyer is at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
2. The buyer is a licensed researcher, scientist, laboratory professional, or is purchasing on behalf of a legitimate research institution, university, or commercial research/testing organization.
3. The buyer possesses (or the buyer’s institution possesses) the appropriate training, expertise, equipment, and facilities to safely handle research chemicals.
4. The Products will be used solely for in-vitro laboratory research and will not be administered to any human or animal, under any circumstances.
5. The buyer will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the purchase, handling, storage, and use of research chemicals.
6. The buyer will not resell, transfer, or distribute the Products for any use inconsistent with this Policy.

5. No Medical, Health, or Dosing Information

Lightning Peptides LLC does not provide, and will not provide, medical advice, dosing instructions, administration guidance, or any information intended to facilitate human or animal use of its Products. Any information provided on the Website (such as molecular data, storage/handling guidance, or research literature references) is provided solely to support legitimate laboratory research and must not be relied upon or construed as guidance for human or animal use.

6. Labeling and Packaging

All Products are labeled “For Research Use Only. Not for Human or Veterinary Use. Not for Diagnostic or Therapeutic Use.” This labeling may not be removed, altered, or obscured by the buyer.

7. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

The buyer acknowledges that research chemicals may be hazardous if mishandled and agrees to assume full responsibility and all risk associated with the purchase, storage, handling, and use of the Products. The buyer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Lightning Peptides LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to any use of the Products that violates this Policy, including any human or animal use.

8. No Warranty for Non-Research Use

Lightning Peptides LLC makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the safety, efficacy, or suitability of any Product for any use other than in-vitro laboratory research. Any use outside the scope of this Policy is done entirely at the buyer’s own risk and in violation of the terms of sale.

9. Compliance and Right to Refuse Service

Lightning Peptides LLC reserves the right to:

• Request additional verification of a buyer’s research affiliation or intended use prior to fulfilling an order
• Refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion if it suspects the Products will be used in violation of this Policy
• Report suspected misuse to appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law

10. Regulatory Compliance

Lightning Peptides LLC operates in accordance with applicable U.S. federal and state laws governing the sale of research chemicals, including but not limited to relevant FDA regulations regarding products not intended for human consumption. Nothing in this Policy shall be construed as an admission that any Product is safe or approved for human or animal use.

11. Changes to This Policy

Lightning Peptides LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website or purchase of Products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

12. Governing Law
